1. How can I connect my account to your software?
Go to Accounts section as you can see in our software to connect your account first:
2. How long does it takes to see the first results?
It might take up to 10 hours for first results to appear. As our software needs to collect the audience, watch their stories and then those people will have to react.
3. Why I cannot start my first task? It seems like "ADD" button is not working?
First thing you have to do is connect your Instagram account to our software. Go to Accounts section as you can see in screenshot:
4. It always asks me for the code. What should I do?
You should introduce the last code received to the cell phone / email connected to your account. Sometimes, due to security reasons, Instagram sends the security code few time, just to make sure that it's you who connects to your account.
5. Your subscription has expired. Extend your subscription.
When you subscription expires - you see this notification in your personal account in our Online Platform. The service for your account stops in this case. You have to click on YOUR SUBSCRIPTION section and extend your subscription choosing the new plan.
6. I cannot connect my account. It always loading...
Just refresh the browser page. Delete the account from our system. And connect it back again. Make sure that you have two factor authentication with Text option / SMS activated in your account. Also, check if Instagram doesn't require you do introduce the last code received. If they do, your account in our platform looks like this, and in the blanc space you have to introduce the last code received from Instagram on your cell phone/email.
7. I cannot connect my account. It says ¨challenge found¨
Activate two factors authentication only with Text Option / SMS for your account. After you do this, delete your account from our platform and connect it back again. If this doesn't help, wait an entire day and the next day try to activate your account in our platform again. As Instagram algorithm sometimes blocks suspicious login attempts if you have tried unsuccessfully connect your account to our platform.
8. I have connected my account but the task it's not running. It keeps showing 0. What should i do?
Make sure that you have connected your Instagram account to our platform using your Instagram Username and not email. If this is fixed already, just stop and delete the existing task, and create a new one. If both previous recommendations doesn't work - delete your account from our system and connect it back again - and then start the task.
9. I cannot connect to your online platform with the credentials i have received.
Make sure that you copy past login and password, from your personal account in our platform, without any additional spaces. Try it again, please.
10. I cannot connect my instagram account to your platform. it says bad password.
To connect your Instagram account to our platform you have to use the password of your Instagram account. If you tried that already - update your Instagram password, creating a new one, and try again connecting your Instagram account to our platform using the new password.
11. It feels like i have any activity or it slowed down in the last few hours. Is the software working?
Try updating completely the list of competitors. Other reason could be that your account is getting limits from Instagram which makes it run slower sometime and others faster.
12. I cannot run my new task, it always have status "failed". what should i do?
Make sure that all usernames you have introduced as your competitors are not PRIVATE pages and written correctly without any mistake. Our software cannot process PRIVATE/CLOSED accounts and the accounts that don't exist ( if you have written the username incorrectly).
13. I have had my personal account in your platform before. Why I can't access it now?
First, make sure that you're introducing login and password without any additional spaces. Also, if it has been more than 10 days since your subscription has expired - your personal account in our Online Platform will be deleted. Once it has been more than 10 days sinsce your subscription expiration - you can purchase new subscription through our website https://storieviews.com/ and activate your account in our service as you did it first time.
14. Do i have to share my password with your company?
No, you will be able to activate your account in our software throug official Instagram authorization process.
You are not giving your password to us. We are not able to see it. Among our clients we have people with verified profiles and more than 50k followers. They have never had problems with us.
15. What your software does exactly? How does it works?
Our software watches stories of other people with your account. These people see that you watch their stories - they go and visit your profile then they like your pictures , watch your stories, follow you and leave their comments on your posts. We do recommend to update completely the list of competitors once in a week.
22. Where can i see the results of your software?
You can switch to Business/Creator Instagram account and see them reflected in the statistics of impressions of your account. As we claim in our website, we can guarantee among 200-2k daily impressions of your account.
23. Why my discovery ratings are very low?
We cannot influence the Discovery ratings. It's statistics on how much people found your page through Search. We have no connection with that. We only can influence with Impressions ( the fist stats where you can see written Interactions/Actions taken on your account/Profile visits).
24. Can i target by countries?
The only was to target more precisely by countries is to select the accounts competitors that are followed mostly by the people from specific country. Because at this moment, we can target only by accounts competitors.
25. Do you offer free trials?
No we do not have free trial. As you can see on our website - we have reviews from our clients who are very satisfied with results. You can purchase a daily package just to try. And there is an option to pay it with PayPal also. Its's only $7.99
26. Why I am not having regular interactions with my profile? Is the software working 24/7?
Yes, it's working 24h but with some pauses sometimes according to Instagram algorithm. Also sometimes it does through users that don't have much stories so it reflected on results as a little pause as well. It goes by the list starting with the first competitors you sent, then the second, third and etc.
27. Can my account get banned by watching so many stories daily?
At the moment from the Instagram side there are no restrictions on viewing the stories, therefore the probability of a ban is excluded. The method is absolutely safe and most effective today.
28. Can i use your promotion on any instagram account i have?
We do not recommend using the promotion on recently created accounts. Also, do not use our promotion in the accounts with restriction content. For better results only use our promotion on REAL PERSONAL OR BUSINESS ACCOUNT.

Just try it again, please, after 10-30 minutes. Our online platform can go through some updates at the moment you did it.

Perhaps is the quality of the content. But it's true that sometimes Instagram is going through some updates which is reflecting on the results a bit. Perhaps it's the activity of the followers depending on the day. Sometimes they post less stories so our software has to recollect more users in order to find stories, which slower the process. Sometimes people just react differently to the visits. We deal with real people reaction so it's unpredictable.
36. My account has seen already 40k stories when I will see results?
It normally takes more time, up to 10 hours to see first results. Also, make sure that the accounts you're placing as your competitors - have many stories among they followers. Do I need to provide like 1,000s of profiles? If so I already have a list I used for my follow bot.
It’s depending on the Instagram algorithm of viewing stories. It doesn’t allow to view more that 50k-200k stories daily. Of course the accounts with more active followers will be better because they will have a lot of stories to watch and our software don’t have to go through accounts with no stories at all. So it’s more about Instagram limits and how active the followers of your competitors are.

After purchase you must have been redirected to your personal account in our platform. Also you must have received the email with your login/password to access to our online platform.
57. Does the algorithm work better with less accounts on my story view list?
It's more about quality of the accounts that you will place among your competitors and not the quantity. The algorithm doesn't change with the numbers of accounts placed as competitors.
58. I want to buy subscription but I don't want it to renew automatically
Unmark the auto-renew option during your payment.
59. I can't pay with my credit card/paypal. it gives me error.
Please, try using different credit card / paypal account for the payment. Also, you can contact PayPal support to assist you with this issue.

Sometimes our website is going through updates which makes it unavailable for couple of minutes. Try connecting in 10 minutes please.

So far, none of our client's profiles were banned. There are two rules: 1. You cannot use the service on recently created accounts 2. You cannot use the service alongise others promotional services like massliking or massfollowing.

Try activating it with Authentication app. Then, during connection of your Instagram account in our platform it will say that the code was sent to your cell phone, but you will have to check the APP for see the received code, that you will have to introduce in the account activation form in our platform.
